    • Recruit Part Time Employee for Insurance Manager from Competitor Insurance Agents , CA, Tax Consultant, Real estate Agents, Doctors , Business women, self employed etc.
    • Hiring and driving activation of Insurance Advisors/Financial Distributors from competition company.
    • Understand the Top Insurance Advisor and Business Associate value proposition, on boarding process.

    • Joint field work along with associates.
    • Achieve monthly / Yearly Targets.
