Job Description

    As the General Manager, you will be a crucial member of our executive leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations in India, including Engineering, IT, Operations, and Support Teams. Your primary focus will be on continuous improvement, personnel management, plans, forecasts, and achieving our commitments for the India business. You will also play a vital role in aligning the organizations mission, vision, and Leadership: Work closely with US leaders / stakeholders to devise a strategic roadmap (in alignment with Companys overall operational strategy) and implement the same to ensure a robust culture of excellence for sustained and long-term business benefits.Team Management: Lead and manage a matrix relationship on all India-based cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Operations, and Support, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture. Ensure alignment between domestic and global teams with active and. routine communication with all stakeholders.Cost Management: Be accountable for managing overall costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and optimizing resource allocation.Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the India business, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Recruit and retain the very best talent for all required positions consistent with agreed upon job descriptions and requirements.Schedule and Commitment: Ensure the achievement of all schedules, plans, forecasts, and commitments for the India business, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Mission and Values: Ensure that the organization models OnePlans mission, vision, and values in all activities and Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology-driven SaaS organization. Background and experience successfully working across international boundaries in general and with the US specifically. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, Operations, and Support. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving cost-efficiency and operational excellence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience in aligning an organization with its mission, vision, and values. Should have a strong background in operating effectively within a dynamic, global, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating the ability to navigate change with ease Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Strong executive presence and leadership abilities Passion for innovation and a commitment to embodying the culture of the company.Key Relationships Directly supervised by the CEO.
