Necessary Skills : Strong experience on Alfresco project implementations at Architect level Experience with Alfresco 4.x and 5.x using 6.x with or without docker would be added advantage Should able to troubleshoot issues by analyze logs/monitoring Have Commendable knowledge on working with Unix systems command line interface Should have experience in CICD and automation part for build Should know how Repository and Solr works and able to configure alfresco perfectly and optimized way Should aware with performance parameters for infrastructure Able to tune JVM Solr indexing / Backup and troubleshooting Should have experience in implementing Clustering , SSO and SSL configurations Should have Docker or Kubernetes experienceDesired Skills Experience in installation of other ECM systems especially Documentum or Sharepoint or FileNet Better if have experience for automizing infra maintenance activities and know Shell scripts It would be good if used AWS/AZURE deployments for alfresco 6.x Attitude towards learning new things Roles & Responsibilities : Customer interaction Gathering the functional and Business requirements Converting and guiding the project team for technical implementationGeneric Managerial Skills : Excellent communication and leadership.
