Job Description

    Responsible for setting up, developing & maintaining CI CD Pipeline on Azure.Responsible for configuring & setting up of dockers environment & creation of docker images.Responsible for Containerization of application using docker filesResponsible for setting up of High Availability using Azure Kubernetes [AKS]Responsible for managing & maintaining Azure Services that are consumed within the applicationsResponsible for deploying the application using Web Services.Responsible for setting up of monitoring tools like DynatraceResponsible for deploying/supporting/maintaining of ALM Applications in enterprise level.Responsible for design & architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, version upgrades, and deploy fixes / patches in a regulated manner for different ALM ApplicationsResponsible for resolving all trouble-shooting issues, such as Client / server, Application / Database, Network, Storage, installation issues, and all-around Application usability, availability, performance, and scalability topics.Needs to understand the business aspect, security aspect, and technical aspect of SaaS, Commercial off the shelf SW [COTS] & inhouse developed application.Create efficient, reliable infrastructure with code, automate processes and provide operational support. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.Detailed understanding of the application architecture & solve problems by combing the message boardsTrouble shooting of any failure with the applications, in terms of integration, Configuration, Connectivity.Provide on-call support to resolve and/or escalate production incidents or issues outside normal working hours including support during software deployment/release activities.Driving technical issues to resolution: from qualifying the issue, to reproducing it and conducting an in-depth technical investigation (being in touch with the customer and managing their expectations all along the way)Responsible for addressing all tickets w.r.t Incident Management, Change Management & Problem management.Administer and manage the Engineering R&D production tools,
