Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines Strong presentation , communication and negotiation skills Extensive knowledge of online and offline business models and Internet / / Technology. Strong analytical skills. Lives on Data. Role: Lead: Lead , train and help a team of ambassadors succeed with their targets. Identify , prioritize and secure business opportunities. Manage: Manage your team of ambassadors and clients and be responsible for key productivity metrics of ambassadors. Maximize Sales and Ambassador performance. Happiness: Ensure our ambassadors receive the highest level of sales and customer service. Manage relationships with existing businesses and managing their expectations. Improve: Report and provide feedback to Head of Sales using statistical data to continuously improve processes and key metrics of the business. Take Ownership: Hustle and Do whatever it takes to get the job done. We take customer delight and quality salesmanship very seriously.
