We are looking for an outstanding manager who can work in a fun , fast - paced , and fluid environment. You will be responsible in managing sales team members and interact with them multiple times a day to help them get their job done. You will be instrumental in training ambassadors globally , setting their targets and coach them to exceed their targets. Come up with smart strategies to tweak existing processes and give recommendations to the management. Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines Strong presentation , communication and negotiation skills Extensive knowledge of online and offline business models and Internet / / Technology. Strong analytical skills. Lives on Data. Role: Lead: Lead , train and help a team of ambassadors succeed with their targets. Identify , prioritize and secure business opportunities. Manage: Manage your team of ambassadors and clients and be responsible for key productivity metrics of ambassadors. Maximize Sales and Ambassador performance. Happiness: Ensure our ambassadors receive the highest level of sales and customer service. Manage relationships with existing businesses and managing their expectations. Improve: Report and provide feedback to Head of Sales using statistical data to continuously improve processes and key metrics of the business. Take Ownership: Hustle and Do whatever it takes to get the job done. We take customer delight and quality salesmanship very seriously.
