Job Description

Job Purpose (Job Summary):The primary role of the Adv. Analyst is to work and join a team that maintains and enhances the enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. This includes designing, developing, and implementing solutions by utilizing best practice standards. ERP application includes Oracle E Business Suite, Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, Blackline, Lease Controller, Axiom, SAP Concur, Markview etc.Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Work with ERP applications receivables, purchasing, payables, expense reports, projects, fixed assets, cash management, tax, subledger accounting, intercompany and general ledger
• Provide day to day support and troubleshooting of application problems within a specific business area
• Provide consulting support on processes and systems issues, oversight of deliverables
• Coordinate with internal and external support staff for issue resolution
• Interpret business requirements and/or enhancements to existing Invesco financial systems and / or business processes
• Perform unit, system and interface testing associated to ERP as well as, provide guidance and assistance to client staff to support these testing activities
• Delivery of enhancements relating to ERP functionality by configuring application setups such as legal entity, ledger, subledger setups etc.
• Effectively communicate all system modifications to business users and change control.
• Stay abreast on ERP Cloud releases to determine implementation impact
• Coordinate and support ERP architecture/infrastructure issues and initiatives
• Communicate effectively via phone, email or in person. Interface with clients at all levels
• Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years of consultant experience with advance functional skills and knowledge in Oracle E- Business Suite or Fusion Cloud financial applications
• Knowledge of the financial systems and business processes preferably record to report, order to cash and procure to pay
• High level of Knowledge in application configurations
• Experience with applications hosted in cloud platform is a plus
• Experience working in agile methodology
• Functional Finance knowledge in working with Business and within applications
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate internally and externally. Strong work ethic is required.
• Broad knowledge of the investment systems, database schema and associated processes interfacing with financial systems is required

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

• Minimum a bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science.
• Formal Oracle ERP training and/or qualification preferred.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification a Plus
