Process Overview TI(Technology infrastructure) is a part of the Global Technology Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. With a presence in more than 35 countries, TI designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company s employees, customers and clients around the world. This position is for a UNIXLinux Security team. The primary responsibility is to maintain the health and welfare of the PowerBroker, Security Logging, and other security related infrastructures managed by the team Responsibilities: It include overseeing the coordination, scheduling and implementation of production changes (i.e. OS, patching, and application); 3rd level Operational Support and Troubleshooting of PowerBroker and SSH; and participating on the on-call rotation and scheduled changes. Administrationconfiguration of PowerBroker Server management Learning new technologies to better support the infrastructure Respond to items such as patch bulletins by requesting resources and scheduling upgrades for all servers supported, ensuring appropriate processes is followed and deadlines are met Assist 2nd level team troubleshooting complicated user issues as needed Suggest improvements to processes andor technology; create a plan to implement them Perform application updates, installs and testing. Requirements Education: BEB.TechMEM.TechMCAM.ScMS Certification:NA Experience range: 4 to 6yrs Mandatory Skills: Strong RedHat Enterprise Linux system administration skills Shell scripting and SQL query experience Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting OpenSSH andor SSH Tectia 6+ (UNIX and Windows) with an understanding of the ssh protocol and public key authentication 4+ years advanced scripting skills (python a plus) 4+ years solid LinuxUNIX experience. Emphasis on scripting, automation, and performance. Working Knowledge of privilege elevation tools - PowerBroker Load Balancing Technologies Web services software Experience working with DBMS technologies Excellent oral and written communication. Must be able to communicate at all organizational levels Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc. Experience with ITSM Remedy or other ITSM tools Desired Skills: Windows Server Administration experience Experience in an Enterprise PowerBroker environment Balabit Windows Agent
