Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior Product Analyst at Tide, you will collaborate closely with the Business teams to enhance existing products, streamline processes, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve advocating for data-driven decision-making, providing product-specific insights, and understanding member behavior to drive tangible value for the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value cross-team collaboration, and seek to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing company, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:- Influence marketing strategies, particularly in the Subscription business, by leveraging powerful insights- Present insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations- Collaborate with Product teams to establish KPIs for new product launches and monitor the performance of existing products- Utilize SQL and Python expertise to analyze data and solve key business problems- Bring innovative ideas to the table related to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets, and operational methods- Handle ambiguity effectively and convert vague questions into well-defined solutions to enhance the business area- Democratize insights by assisting stakeholders with self-serve dashboards- Conduct segmentation analysis, monitor trends, and evaluate campaign performances for internal and external stakeholders- Utilize forecasting techniques, uncertainty/sensitivity testing, and scenario planning to drive data-driven decisions based on historical and current data- Present data in a clear and comprehensible manner using visualization tools such as LookerQualifications Required:- Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach towards problem-solving- Proficiency in SQL and Python with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights- Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making- Experience in capturing stakeholder requirements and developing analytical solutions- Self-starter with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving challenges using data- Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologiesAdditional Details of the Company:At Tide, diversity and inclusion are core values that drive our success.
