Job Description

    Role Overview:At Tide, as a Lead Product Analyst, you will work closely with the product teams to utilize data in driving product adoption. Your role within the product analytics team will involve using data to enhance the collective understanding of users, their issues, and to inform product strategy. You will operate with a high degree of independence and have hands-on experience in working proactively with the product community. Your expertise lies in providing constructive criticism of digital products and applying data-driven techniques to improve product adoption and engagement. Reporting functionally to the Head of Product, you will be an integral part of the product squad.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives using existing product usage data to identify user problems, quantify the size of the problem, and propose solutions.- Drive product experiments to build confidence in the product and features, analyze results, and make data-informed decisions.- Collaborate with product teams to review the performance of new features, define measurable KPIs, and analyze impact hypotheses.- Perform user research to enhance the understanding of user problems, prioritize high-impact issues, and assist in focusing on solutions.- Translate revenue goals into measurable product KPIs with product managers and enable KPI reporting through visually appealing dashboards.- Analyze engagement to lifetime value correlations, validate these using statistical methods, and assist in prioritizing product features with indirect impacts.- Design experiments to drive product adoption, analyze results using custom data analysis and statistical methods, and collaborate with various teams to deliver self-serve event data analytics platforms.Qualifications Required:- 10 years of experience in Product Analytics for digital products.- Proficiency in product strategy, experimentation, roadmapping, and prioritization.- Passion for consumer tech, preferably fintech.- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.- Strong belief in user experience as a crucial aspect of product development.- Project management skills, exceptional people skills, and the ability to operate with independence.- Proficiency in SQL and a willingness to work with complex numerical data.- Experience in leading a team of analysts in product companies.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and competing objectives.Additional Company Details:At Tide, diversity and inclusion are fundamental values.
