Do it here.What you ll be doing.Your primary role will be to take care of business operations and assist with program management for a business unit.

  • Finding new ways to increase office efficiencies and better ways to support the team.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence as required.
  • Managing Head count for a business unit and providing constant updates with variance etc.
  • Handling all logistics related to any Town Halls/meetings/events.
  • Need to have HTML (back end & front end support) scripting knowledge and should be able to create and edit (existing) HTML pages
  • Basic knowledge in Data analytics
  • Working closely with the Compliance team to coordinate and close the action items.
  • Reconciling and maintaining all expense reports in accordance with Verizon guidelines.
  • Working with all the Associate directors for clearance details which needs to be updated periodically
  • Overall program plan needs to be drawn by working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (Sourcing, Admin, etc.) for the flawless execution.
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders without escalations for BCM
  • Creating, preparing and coming up with new ideas for the Newsletter which is quarterly released and taking end to end ownership on the newsletter
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress by guiding the team.
  • Working with the Communications team to devise a plan around socializing the same.
  • Engage directly with the engineering and portfolio communities to plan, track and oversee programs from inception through implementation.
  • Constantly monitor what works and what does not work and come up with ideas to help in increasing the participation/adoptions for the same.
  • Working with the business unit and sourcing team for effective Vendor management
  • Performing ad-hoc project-related duties as requested.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in handling programs that are cross functional.
  • Experience with Excel for data mining and analysis.
Even better if you have:
  • Master s degree.
  • Good presentation skills to represent the data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills, ability to keep track of and accurately follow up on all issues.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
  • Good knowledge of web page development
  • Capability to effectively interact with senior level management.
  • Capability to be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, proven ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
