Do it here.What you ll be doing.Key member as part of Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. Manage the Program Management office for IT Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions.

  • Enabling the movement of project work to India with an appropriate level of access, privileges within the security baselines
  • Facilitate Project Clearance Lifecycle Management for all the development/testing/production zones.
  • Managing operations related to onboarding, maintenance & off-boarding of clearances.
  • Handling Employee Requests like Port Enablement, Email access, white ListURL & Domain access, etc.
  • Tracking requests across approval cycle, publish metrics related to tool usage, requests aging etc. and work on process improvements on request approval flows to reduce SLAs.
  • Tracking and conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Support all IT compliance-related activities, ensure compliance with organizational standards and to identify, evaluate, manage and control associated risks.
  • Manage IT Compliance prerequisites to the Clearance process.
  • Reporting to leaders on user experience on existing/new enablers, infra on a monthly basis.
  • Help building business cases for various initiative/ engagements that create impact and present them to respective stakeholders.
  • Supporting Senior Management on numerous short-term initiatives by providing business acumen and programmatic approach.
  • Support other teams within LOB and be flexible to work on various programs (technical / non-technical) under different pillars and help achieve organizations goals.

  • Bachelor s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of IT / Non-IT project/program management (technical and non-technical) work experience.
  • Enterprise program management experience.
  • Technicalknowledge of networking.
  • Experience in Executive level presentations.
  • Flexible to work on different and challenging opportunities as and when required.
  • Experiencewith different set of stakeholders and strong experience in conflict management, regular follow-ups and getting the work accomplished within defined timeline.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Master s degree in business administration.
  • PMP Certification.
