Roles and Responsibility : We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research team based in the firm s office in Hyderabad, India. This role involves working closely with the firm s Asset Backed Securities (ABS) team. WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR: - The ideal candidate will have a finance degree or an equivalent qualification along with one to three years of relevant work experience. - Candidates should have working knowledge of asset- backed securities (ABS), collateralized loan obligation (CLO), mortgage- backed securities (MBS) agency and non- agency and commercial mortgage- backed securities (CMBS). - Candidate should be self- motivated, possess keen analytical skills, and have the ability to effectively interact with the trading desk and other stakeholders. - A robust track record as an individual contributor along with the ability to work in a team, experience with data operations and modeling significant financial data in Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. WHAT YOU LL DO DAY- TO- DAY: - Assist and perform ongoing due diligence and surveillance of structured product portfolio, underlying collateral, and sector, along with preparing macro reports/ commentaries. - Summarize monthly remittance reports and financial statements, industry/ sector and regulatory and economic information, and broker/ vendor research reports. - Analyze collateral and structures, evaluate collateral level details/ performance, and review issuer information using internal and industry tools as required. - Interpret and work with large amounts of data concerning the performance of securities, collateral, and sector and help generate meaningful analysis. - Contribute to all formal reports and processes that enable the efficient and transparent oversight of the securitized portfolio. - Develop knowledge of vendor resources/ tools and third- party research to aid in the analysis and evaluation of securitized products.
