Job Description

  • The candidate should have strong knowledge of workforce management / vendor management and should have experience in handling suppliers and clients for the success of the program.
  • The candidate would be responsible in handling workfoce management, which includes sourcing of resources from different suppliers under T&M (Time & Materials) and SOW (Statement of work) mode and manages their onborading / offboarding.
  • The candidate would be coordinating with Business to understand their requirement of skillset and work with supplier for the selection of ideal resource.
  • The candidate is responsible for executing an RFP with suppliers and should have strong negotations capability to work with supplier for the finalization of commercials.
  • The candidate is responsible to work along with third party team, who manages day- to- day operations.
  • The candidate should have strong analytical skill and preparation of exectuve level dashboards and presentations.
  • The candidate should work with Contract / Legal team for the agreement execution and to handle end to end supplier onboarding process.
  • The candidate should have hands on experience on workforce management tool.
  • The candidate should be responsible and to handle supplier payment.

Criteria

  • Education : Preferably a degree in Commerce, Business Administration.
  • Professional Experience : Atleast 4 years of workforce role is IT or BPO domain.
  • Skills :
  1. Excellent communications skills - written & verbal. Good Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
  2. Ability to understand the nuances of workforce management, hold his/her forte in negotiation with suppliers (IT/Non IT).

Should have the ability to interact across boundaries and with senior level stake holders in India and onshore locations.
