Job Description

As part of this role, you will have the responsibility of Program Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement to ensure the successful delivery of the portfolio level objectives.

  • Tracking portfolio action items
  • Managing employee engagement schedule and events
  • Scheduling and managing director calendar and planning travel and logistics
  • Organizing staff calls to align with organizational priorities and portfolio objectives working closely with support teams
  • Participate in director review meetings and responsible for recording action items and follow up to the closure
  • An operations specialist to drive the task plan to completion
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with assignment and project expectations
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast pace quickly change the environment
  • Enable-IT transformation by working across delivery and support functions like HR, Sourcing, Legal, Infrastructure, Security, and others to facilitate the transformation of people and processes.
  • Enterprise Scaled agile Framework implementation

You will need to have

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Three plus years of relevant work experience in managing ScrumAgile enterprise scale
  • Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
  • Experience in Project status reporting and tracking
  • Hands-on with collaboration and communication tools
  • Aggressive in Follow-ups on Action Items, Tracking it till closure across Influencing teams outside of span control

    • Even better if you have

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI
    • Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders in solving complex technical problems both independently and in a team environment.
    • Adept in Technology, Organization Skills, Time Management, Strategic Planning, Resourcefulness, Detail-Oriented, Anticipates Needs
    • Ability to quickly learn the fundamentals of new technology and consistently evaluate its security needs according to policy, best practice, precedent, and business needs.
    • Enterprise program management experience.
    • Experience in Executive level presentations.
