Job Description

Software Engineering - Full Stack Technical Lead role that we are looking for requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    • 12 + Years of experience in Software Engineering
    • 5+ years of experience in leading team (s) of software engineers
    • 8 + years of experience in the developing & managing web application in Java
    • Hands on experience in developing Cloud ready applications for AWS, Azure or any other industry standard Cloud platforms. Certification in Cloud technology preferred.
    • 8 + years of experience in developing Restful API using various Java framework
    • 12 + years of Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate/JPA
    • 5+ years of experience working on Angular
    • Experience in designing and architecting enterprise grade application s including interface, data, and infrastructure architecture .
    • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
    • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
    • Passionate about building an innovative culture
    • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
    • Hands on experience in various UI/UX technologies like HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, XML, AJAX, SVG standards, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, D3, MVC Development framework.,
    • Good knowledge of any industry standard RDBMS, preferable Oracle or SQL Server
    • Java Developer with Network Infrastructure Experience , Groovy, JSON and NLP knowledge.
    Required Soft Skills:
    • Should have worked in Agile projects
    • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with business partners and IT functional analysts in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
    • Mentoring a team on technical aspects
    • Performance management of a team
    • Should be capable of self-learning new technologies and should be able to work with minimum direction and supervisio n
