GitHub is looking for a Regional IT Support Manager in India to join our world-class IT organization. This is a critical role and one that will have a large impact on the quality of support at GitHub as we continue to scale globally.We are looking for someone with a proven track record in leading distributed IT Support teams in the delivery of world class support and enablement. The ideal candidate will be well versed in supporting our tech stack (Okta, G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Zendesk) and helping grow a regional team. The candidate should also be ready and willing to get their hands dirty, not just managing or leading a team, but also pitching in to assist in the work itself.The APAC Regional IT Support Manager will partner with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver a great support experience to employees in APAC, as well as Hubbers in other regions.
