Skill : - Appian Lead Experience: 5+ years Job Location: Hyderabad Position: Permanent Responsibilities: Extensively involve at all phases of technical planning & requirements gathering Evaluate user requests for business process automation using models to determine feasibility and technical requirements. Provide assistance with the data migration, loading and conversion. Involve in the meetings held during the team design, daily scrum, and any other development phases Involve and assist in application deployment and roll-out to production Help the team in identifying, mitigate and resolving any project related issues and risks Assist the team with technical support and/or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service. Demonstrate excellent soft skills to interact with the customers in gathering the requirements and implementation Possess excellent and effective working relationships with team members. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or any other degree with relevant experience Total IT experience of 5+ Years and minimum 3 years of experience on Appian technology platform. Certification as an Appian Designer/Analyst is mandatory. Any UX, UI design, or HCI experience is a Huge Plus Should have excellent experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation Good exposure and expertise in process excellence/modelling, workflow, or flow charting is highly preferred Should have excellent client facing or consulting skills Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions. Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments. Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth. Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers. Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. Any experience in developing software using agile methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents is highly desired. Should be able to communicate effectively with both the technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
