Job Description

    Job summary Sr SD Associate -WA LEVEL 3 Position Description: As a member of Amazon s HRS SD Services team, the Associate HR Compliance will support subject matter experts in the administration of our HR audit and compliance programs. The HRS SD Associate will provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution, and perform issue resolution through an electronic remedy process. The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Person must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the customer service focus that the world associates with and expects from Amazon. Responsibilities:
    • Process transactions for multiple compliance programs that includes validation of work authorization documents and data integrity.
    • Respond to questions and troubleshoot program issues on behalf of employees, managers, and HR
    • Monitor service level agreements, resolve issues with internal and external service providers
    • Assist with new compliance projects as needs arise
    • Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and discrepancies in data for correction.
    • Understand impacts of changes in PeopleSoft system and how these will impact internal/external interfaces.
    • Communicate to partners and employees on data findings and information.
    • Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality
    , Basic qualifications
    • Flexibility to work in continuous 9PM-6AM(IST) shift
    • Bachelor s degree or equivalent on the job work experience
    • MS Office experience and ability to independently use MS Excel formulas for reporting
    • Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
    • Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
    • Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
    • Ability to work in changing environment
    Preferred qualifications
    • 2+ years experience in a related field
    • Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, OnBase)
    • Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (recruiters, multiple levels of HR business partners and vendors)
    • Audit / Compliance experience
    • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
    • Proven analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large amounts of data and in developing metrics and reporting
