Job Title: Technical Writer (Contract / Freelancer) Job Overview: Plan, create, develop, and edit technical documentsUser Manuals, Admin Guides, Online Help Files, Installation Guides, Training Manuals, Product Documentse-Learning, Instructional Guides, Customer-facing Documents, Portal Guides, API Documents,One-pager Documents, Release Notes, Patch Releases, FAQs, etc.Video creation What will qualify you for this role Essential: -Should be passionate about writing-Strong command over English (written and verbal)-Basic understanding of CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho-Strong SME interviewing and listening skills-Must be able to express oneself clearly-Understanding of difference between content writing and technical writing-Creating videos to explain product features-Experience/knowledge on messaging platforms/industriesDesired: -Create high quality documents that meet required standards and are useful for the audience-Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse-Experience of tools such as Google Docs, Wordpress, Confluence, JIRAExperience Level:
