      • Key Responsibilities : a Experience developing/coding speech enabled voice response applications b Ability to generate Functional Specification documents based off of Business Requirements c Experience in Avaya Experience Portal AEP integration d Experience / Knowledge in IVR / SIP integration Database Administration knowledge SQL / Oracle e Experience in API / web service development / integration f Proven troubleshooting, problem solving abilities
      • Technical Experience : a Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project b Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications c Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications Experience developing/coding speech enabled voice response applications e Ability to generate Functional Specification documents based off of Business Requirements
      • Professional Attributes : A Should have good communication Skills B Should be good team player C Will be able to work independently and under pressure D Should have good logical and analytical thinking
    • Educational Qualification : a Must be a Graduate from reputed College/University b 15 years of full time education
