Education, Roles & Responsibilities:B.E/Btech/MCA from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent. 5+ years of technical experience within a Development Organization. Able to enlighten the team members in each and every on-going projects. Ability to assign tasks to the team members and should be vigilant on their progress. Ability to provide suggestions that would improve the process. Serve as a technical resource and mentor for internal team members. Basic knowledge of architecture, functionality and relation to business processes. Demonstrated knowledge of at least two modules of HR software. Thorough knowledge of HR processes, organizational structures and business functions. Knowledge of relational databases. Demonstrated experience with overall project management responsibility for at least two end-to-end implementations. Should be focused and process driven. Able to work in rotational shifts to cover all the client-centric regions. Ability to adapt to a new project environment when needed. Must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills are required.The responsibilities of this person include but not restrected to:Control transport movements across the customer landscape including EFR/EMR (REV-TRAC & TMS) Manage customer environment and service integration (workbench updates, customizations, etc.) Should able to analyze potential issues while deploying and able to provide a possible solution to the clients to maintain a stable landscape. Manage all deployments in customer landscape(s) Knowledge of Payroll Exchange process and should be able to deliver the PEX deployments. Better understanding of PEX deployment and having knowledge of internal tools that are required to accomplish the tasks. Coordinate application change management activities for staging to production. Understand the landscape and able to manage the migrations according to the client deliverables. Manage all the customer and product fixes deployments under the product release management. Understand the client systems and manage them via daily monitoring activities. Able to manage all the system upgrades (Patches, CLCs) from the deployment perspective. Responsible to adhere the client deadlines and should deliver the support within the scheduled & guided timelines. Perform maintenance activities on deployments tools (i.e. REV-TRAC) Work with an off-shore entity to ensure appropriate support of global clients Maintain global project and/or other delivery methodologies. Responsible for identifying, defining, and escalating project issues. May coordinate work with other internal support groups,
