As an expert in Monitoring and Ops, you will be required to provide and own technical oversight for all solutions requiring Monitoring and Ops needs. You will be involved in identifying and defining the monitoring needs of applications (Cloud Native and On- premise), optimizing the teams working models, designing and enhancing solutions, analysing deployment requirements, working with the team to implement and deploy solutions and platforms.
Must have hands- on experience and in- depth knowledge on ITIL- Service Operations and Monitoring and Event management, Incident (including Major), Problem, Availability and Capacity Management. Cloud and hybrid infrastructure is required.
Create dashboards catering needs of business and technical needs.
Leading a 24x7 team.
Primary Skills:
Application performance monitoring, production support, tools, virtualization;
Secondary Skills for added advantage:
Reporting tools, scripting language (PowerShell, Ansible), Python, Node.js, Windows and Linux.
Required Skills:
Hands- on experience with performance monitoring and logging tools (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Application Insights, Azure Log Analytics, Elasticsearch, Splunk, AppDyanmics, Dynatrace, HPOO, Sitescope, Zabbix).
Ability to assess and propose monitoring solutions for diverse application scope.
Develop trouble shooting guides/Run books/SoPs.
Comfortable in defining and designing to stated NFRs.
Preparing and testing against availability, performance and scalability.
Integrated Service Environment including on premise, cloud and hybrid services.
Manage a team of 12 members
