Job Description

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain advanced knowledge of software packaging like MSI, Appv etc and testing processes and technologies 2 Participate in projects/activities associated with the above functional areas 3 Perform tier 3 problem escalation
        • Technical Experience : 1 Interface with clients to understand their software needs and troubleshoot issues 2 Creating installable and sending it cross to the deployment team 3 Provide support and recommendations for client initiatives 4 Coordinate documentation of client deliverables 5 Coordinate with vendors for engineering support
