    UG - B.Tech/B.E./B. Sc - computer science, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or aAreas of Support:Altium DesignerWill work on Altium Design SoftwareDepartment: CAD-IT-Global SupportOverall responsibilityTo Provide Application Support in the area CAX (Altium Designer).Key areas of responsibility Experience on Engineering CAX Applications. 2 4 years of relevant experience on Altium Designer or any other eCAD application Experience in Customization and Configuration of Altium Designer Application. Experience inGlobal User Support. Knowledge on any other eCAD application (e.g. Autodesk electrical, Zuken, Cadence) will be anAdvantage. Knowledge on other related applications like xPLM, Altium Component Library will be an Advantage. Knowledge on Engineering Licensing. Knowledge on PLM Application Integrations Knowledge on Windows, Microsoft Office ApplicationsQualifications Strong sense of customer service Strong Application Troubleshooting skills Strong Communication skills Adaptability with different work culturesGeneral terms Intensive training on the job Close connection to a central department in Germany with regular meetingscomparable qualification
