Job Description

We invite you to build your career on our strong foundation and help shape what s next for you and for us.Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) provides technology support for applications across all lines of business. These applications are critical to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.The Change Manager must be able to work well across management, technology, development and support staff to ensure change activity is accurately documented and well planned and that our Change System is properly maintained. The Change Manager will coordinate with teams both inside and outside of CCB to support production and provide collision management. The coordinators on this team may run production support planning calls, review changes, assist in identifying contacts and various other calls as assigned.The following will be the core responsibilities of the Change Manager:
    • Work with internal clients/colleagues to understand and document requirements for Change and Release Management
    • Consult on Change and Release Management procedures with Implementation Managers, Project Managers and/or Change Owners
    • Take a proactive approach to managing failed changes, issues associated to changes and unauthorized changes
    • Participate in post implementation reviews and audits on selected change records when required
    • Provide change management tool training and ongoing education as necessary
    • Monitor change requests ensuring all audit requirements are met
    • Data trending analysis as required
    Qualifications:
    • Overall experience between 10-15 Years (Minimum 5 years of relevant business analysis experience, relevant application development experience, testing and or project management experience within Information Technology)
    • ITIL Certified or knowledge of ITIL terminology and service lifecycle practices.
    • Experienced in Machine Learning concepts and languages apart from Microsoft Excel (Advanced), (Macros and SharePoint is a plus)
    • Solid understanding of the major functionality bundled into change and release management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Very high level of organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to understand business needs and processes.
    • Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
    • Experience in creating & presenting department reporting.
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
    • Proven interpersonal effectiveness and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
    • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
    • Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
    • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
    • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
    • Experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
    • Proficient in SharePoint, excel, power-point (AI and Machine Learning experience would be an added advantage)
    • Service Now experience preferred.
