Job Description

    The candidate must have proven experience of Downstream Energy Fleet & Mobility Business processes and change management in Marketing, Convenient Retailing, Finance, Site Operation. Process and implementation integration are a bonus. Roles & Responsibilities: Be able to understand the client s business challenge and language and be able to suggest, influence and implement/deliver customer centric solution to address them Build strong credibility and relationship with clients, identify new opportunities with a strong focus on revenue growth Be able to manage projects in this space to deliver solutions and add value for them Be able to collaborate well within the practice Be able to quickly identify an opportunity to build new revenue streams. Have an attitude to learn and expand their horizon in the Energy Industry Downstream Domain, New IT Skills Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 yrs of experience in Energy downstream and overall experience 15-20 years in delivery management, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Project/Program Management. Understand and have experience in contributing/lead the development of solutions in evolving fleet management concepts- electrification of fleet, modernization of transaction processing systems, telematics, connected vehicles, autonomous vehicles, adjacent value chains for energy companies Understand Mobility concepts, Mobility as a Service, Vehicle as a Service, Truck as a Service- Should have contributed or lead transition in Business capability development in these areas for energy companies Good to have knowledge in Next Generation site operation, Payments, and Loyalty for both B2B and B2C, Site System Integration Should have good understanding of the current market in this space and key trends and opportunities Should be able to lead campaigns and develop go to market strategies and plans in these areas Should have good understanding of customer centric transformation and well versed with approaches to implement the same Should have worked in both discovery and implementation phase for Fleet and Mobility solutions Downstream Energy,
