Job Title: Digital Mock-Up Lead Engineer We are looking for Digital Mock-up Lead Engineer in General studies Domain for our department in Train design, and more specifically for our team General Studies . Functionally lead by the Train design engineer, you will be in contact with a large range of professionals. Purpose of the Job Assures End-to-End ( E2E ) consistent & fluid data-flow on Digital Mock-up and E-BOM on platform or project contract execution, between stakeholders, along project DFQ V-cycle, according M tier Rules and Standards, in multi-sites Collaborative engineering (according to PDO). Organisation Reporting Hierarchical report to General Studies Domain Leader (GS DL).Functional report to General Studies Mechanical Lead Engineer (GS MLE) Network & Links TD M tier 3D Management Leader and all DMU TAProject/Platform : x TA, x MLE, x ME, x CADKU DMA, KU CATIA Missions Performance Measurement/KPI s Clean digital mock-up, parts well positionedRespect of modelisation/structuring methodologies (Q-Checker)DMTR reviews ready on timeMetadata properly fulfilledLeadership in realignment mitigations plans Responsibilities Accountable for: Ensuring proper maturity & status level (e.g : Review, Consultation, Order, Proto, Serie ) according to planningEnsuring proper positioning of the components in DMUEnsuring proper attributes filling (PDM files) and classification (for MDM E2E compliance based on UNSPSC pivot table)Ensuring correct application of DMU methodologies Responsible for: Building upper appropriate product breakdown structures (ZBS, IBS, ) and performing all activities assigned to the Architect role in the DMU toolSynchronizing exchanges between LU, PU, TSS, Suppliers and Subcontractors along project duration, in order to maintain a consistent eBOM configurationExtracting simplified 3D DMU engineering baselines for DTDR/DMTR, resolving configuration diversity to deliver Customer s documentation / 3D presentations and edit related maturity status KPIs. Job Specifications Knowledge & Experience: Ability to visualize in space, comfortable with information systemsKnowledge of Technical Data management toolsModelling knowledge in CATIA or other modeler appreciatedMechanical Engineering preferably applied to Railway products with 3 to 4 years of experience. Good speaker, organized, and structured, are words who define youYou have a high capacity to work in matrixial organization, multi-site and international.English is a key competency.
