Dear Candidate,Greetings from Maintec!!.Open Positions for Hospital AR Callers/AR FOLLWUP/AR ANALYST in Hyderabad.Experience required for the Job: 0.6 - 6yearsAnnual Salary of the Job: 1.00 - 4.20 Lacs.Skill Set :-

  • Min 0.6 Years of Experience in Hospital AR Calling
  • Reduce the outstanding AR & to increase the collections
  • Call the Insurance to resolve denials
  • Prepare & submit appeals for denied claims
  • Analyse the claims to identify the root cause of trending denials
  • Check the clearing house or insurance portal to validate the initial claim status
  • Good knowledge on RCM cycle - Hospital AR
  • Expertise in denial management & eligibility
  • Good exposure on UB04 form and Hospital AR terminology
  • Good acquaintance of Insurance, provider & patient relationship
  • Terminologies used in Healthcare industry
  • Able to work in Clearing House & rejections scenarios
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets
  • Good verbal and written communication Skills
  • Typing speed a min of 25 wpm
  • MS Office proficiency is desirable
  • Reduce the outstanding AR & to increase the collections
  • Prepare & submit appeals for denied claims
  • Able to work in Clearing House & rejections scenarios
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • Must posses professional attitude
  • Should be puntual
