Job Description

    Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling Specialist US Healthcare RCMLocation: Hitech City, HyderabadEmployment Type:Full-Time, PermanentShift:US Shift (Rotational 9 hours between 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST)Salary: Up to 7 LPA (Based on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AR Calling Specialistto join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable, working on claim follow-ups, and resolving denials while ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.Key Responsibilities
    • Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-upswith US insurance providers.
    • Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments.
    • Initiate and track appealsto ensure maximum reimbursement.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
    • Utilize payer portals, EMR/EHR systems, and clearinghouseseffectively.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of call outcomes and follow-ups.
    • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelinesand organizational policies.
    • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
    • AR follow-ups with payors for unpaid/denied claims (calling role)
    • Benefits verification via payor calls (co-pay, deductible, coverage details)
    • End-to-end prior authorization management (calling portals)
    • Provider credentialing and CAQH management (non-calling)
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Minimum 4 years of experiencein AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM.
    • Strong knowledge of:Insurance types: Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers
    • Medical coding systems: CPT, ICD-10
    • US healthcare billing and compliance guidelines
    • Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems, payer portals, and clearinghouses.
    • Excellent communication skillswith a neutral accent.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience in handling complex AR accounts and escalations.
    • Familiarity with multiple specialties and billing workflows.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
    • Strong experience in AR Calling (mandatory)
    • Experience in Benefits Check and Prior Authorization (calling roles)
