Job Description

This position leads data readiness and conversion of the PepsiCo ESSA Deployment and is ultimately responsible for the technical design , development and deployment of data quality and conversion to support business requirements. This role will engage with the Data Design Analyst s to support th e development team with design and development . T he role wil engage the central data readiness and conversion team to ensure adherence to standards and deployment sequencing and support are provided.

  • Support for planning conversion and deployment tasks. Accountable for providing input into process of project planning.
  • Technical Design Delivery for Data Conversion Objects. Accountable for design decision and on-time delivery within project timelines.
  • Build and Unit Test Delivery for Data Conversion Objects. Accountable for development and on-time delivery within project timelines.
  • Project Test Support. Accountable for providing consultation and assistance when necessary during testing.
  • Provides leadership for offshore conversion development team. Accountable for collaborating with and providing guidance to offshore team.
  • Support for Deployment. Accountable for supporting project deployments.
  • Onboarding and KT for project resources commencing PGT deployments. Accountable.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • 10 Years experience using SQL
  • 3 Years experience using SAP Data Services for ETL
  • 3 Years experience in end-to-end conversions including, source acquisition, profiling, filtering, validation, reporting
  • 5 Years experience working with SAP ECC. This should include Master Data such as CM, MM and VM
  • Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration and n egotiation s kills
  • Ability to address solution requirements from multiple perspectives (Data, Functional, Business)
  • Coaching/Facilitation skills, especially listening skills and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively work with senior business and IT leaders
  • Excellent oral and written skills to effectively break down barriers and clearly communicate to management and leadership across multiple geographies
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences , deal with ambiguity, and succeed against in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the Agile Methodology and related tools (such as MS VSTS) desired
  • Bachelor s degree required
