In depth experience around driving complex engineering projects and supporting enterprise class voice, video and unified communication services. Proven experience with PSTN infrastructure components like Voice over IP (VoIP) gateways, Session Boarder Controllers (SBC) Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of voice, video and unified communication concepts and procedures. Possesses broad knowledge of concepts in order to resolve issues impacting other areas. Advanced knowledge and proficiency with QOS controls and data transfer rates Experience in designing/implementing VoIP technologies Excellent working knowledge of Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) Experience with Oracle SBCs, Cisco Call Manager and Administration of Avaya systems Experience with Call Manager Migrations. Must have experience guiding multiple projects, leading vendor selections and negotiations, and a strong understanding of the vendors and technologies. Proven ability in managing large scale infrastructure refreshes, consolidating and modernizing voice technology footprints, cloud integration and migration. Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 7+ years experience with Voice and Video infrastructures, engineering management, and familiarity with a broad range of collaboration technologies ,
