Winning with Purpose reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the marketplace and embed purpose into all aspects of the business.Come join our Global Business Services function that leverages our scale globally and strengthens and builds capabilities to fuel our growthWe are seeking a Workstation Support SME for Hyderabad.Qualifications/ RequirementsKey Qualification/ Requirements :Follows PepsiCo ITSM processes and governs it based on Global IT processesWorks with the Services provider and escalates with their counterparts and global counterpartsWorks with the Service Desk on any L3 support requirements and enables shift left capabilitiesManages ServiceNow Incident Queue for site as well as shoulder taps from onsite clients Physically Works One on One with Clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, applications, network print and video. Performs workstation rebuilds, data transfers, and application reloads as necessary to resolve issues. Works with vendors (Lenovo) to resolve issues.Manages ServiceNow Request Queue as well as shoulder taps from onsite clients - Physically Works One on One with Clients to Implement Requests.Manages all laptops, desktops, and printers for site by initiating proactive end of lease refreshes.Physically receives workstations from the warehouse, configures and deploys for New Hires and EOL machines. Full Service Hands- on SupportReceive and install workstation accessories for clients, performs data transfers and workstation rebuilds.Interact with clients to answer technology how to questions while delivering new workstations and accessories.Support and maintain the HP MPS Badge Print environment and ensure business print requirements are met.Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for various Hardware and Software identified team members partner with backline teams on changes, new deployments, requirements, etc. SME roles include: Mobility, Email, MAC, Print, SCCM, Windows, Service Desk, Video, Voice, Asset Management, etc.MAC SMEs maintain necessary Apple certifications to handle onsite hardware repairs on Apple MAC devices. Currently have 3 team members with the necessary certifications.Partners with Exec Support to coordinate and support large offsite meetings ensuring that IT requirements are met. Build business relationships and ensure meetings are successful.Customer Advocate - personally escalates issues to appropriate PepsiCo leadership and IT teams and provides hands on assistance with managing resolution to issuesFeet on the floor support to backline teams and onsite vendor visits/ repairs. (e.g. virus remediation, hardware repairs, etc.)Facilities Partnership - performs in person weekly client workstation and printer moves as scheduled by Facilities team and ensures port connectivity and proper technology setup.Training schedules and provides in person monthly training sessions to clients (e.g. Skype, Video, etc.)New Technology Support performs hands- on testing, implementation, and support for new IT technologies.Tech Bar Provides in person support for walk up in the HUB location from 8am to 4 pm Monday Friday. Provides hands on support for minor repairs on computer, mobile devices and other business tools. Provides loaner equipment, including laptop computers, keyboards, computer mice, power adapters. Provides in person guidance on technical questions and processes.Infrastructure Support - Provides support for Compute Center. Assists with racking servers, performing wipes, warehouse returns, and tape backup support.Site Liaison with BT and HCL for Network and Server Support and Troubleshooting. Console Access, Vendor escorts, etc.Last Mile ManagementReview of CAB understanding scope, impact, and riskScheduling and approving date for changesOnsite validation testingCoordinating testers onsite or remoteCreating/ Distributing End User CommunicationManages IDFs patching, requesting port changes, etc.Anonymized data is stored for redirects to the career site tracking successful searches leading to job applications in effort to measure effectiveness of partners in sourcing job candidates and job searches.
