Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualization and design development
  2. Preparation of Room data sheets
  3. Preparation of Brick work layouts & typical sections
  4. Doors & windows layout & typical sections
  5. Building sections & elevations for all directions.
  6. Should have knowledge about drainage systems like, roof top drain, storm drain & sewage drain.
  7. Flooring layouts & specifications.
  8. Verification of structural drawings by superimposing on architectural layouts.
  9. BOQ for Brick work, doors & windows, flooring, drainage, civil finishes.
  10. Independent handling, planning, and scheduling of the projects.
  11. Coordination with Clients.
  12. Drawings as well as Documentation.
  13. To resolve technical issues on sites and project
Softwares known:Candidates must have working experience on the following softwares,Auto CAD, Ms Excal, Word.
