Job Description

    Under the guidance of RGM - establish coverage, distribution and displayobjectives for all the growth officers - distributor wise2. Establish PJPs for all the growth officers and DSMs3. Establish primary and secondary targets - town wise and market wise as per thePJPs of all Growth officers and DSMs4. Appoint all the agreed number of distributors and distributor salesmen toachieve sales, coverage and distribution objectives. Refer to induction manualfor the profile of distributors to be appointed5. Break their objectives - month wise, weekly and day wise and strictly follow thesystem of reporting accordingly6. Conduct review meetings on weekly and monthly basis and review theefficiency of your GOs and DSMs and report to RGM7. Co-ordinate with SME and execute all the marketing and brand activities as perthe agreed calendar in your territory8. Execute all market contact plans as agreed with the RGM and reportperiodically to the RGM/ GM-sales9. Implement the agreed training calendar in your region10. Ensure that your team raises self and their distributor claims on time and youapprove the same on time and forward them for authorization to your RGM.
