    Job Description Role Title: Area Manager LFS, RMBOS & EBOS Educational Qualification: BCOM/ BA/ MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institute Department: Sales Work Experience (No. of years and Industry): 3 to 8 years, Retail Apparel Industry Reports to : Deputy Operations Manager & Business Head Any other specific requirement: Brands Giordano, Kenneth Cole & Daniel Hechter Company : Brandzstorm India Marketing Pvt Ltd CTC : 3.5 to 5.5 Lacs We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales performance from Department Stores, Regional Multi Brand Stores & Exclusive Brand Outlets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the mens fashion industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive revenue growth. Pre-Requisites: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets. o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques. 2. Sales Strategy: o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the mens fashion retail segment. o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 3. Department Stores, Regional Multi Brand Stores & EBOs Operations: o Oversee day-to-day operations of LFS, RMBOS & EBOS and to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. o Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels. 4. Customer Service: o Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members provide exceptional customer service. o Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Description 5. Visual Merchandising: o Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the layout and displays align with brand guidelines and attract customers. 6. Performance Analysis: o Regularly analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics. o Develop action plans to address areas of improvement and capitalize on strengths. 7. Budget Management: o Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the budgetary guidelines. 8. Market Expansion: o Identify opportunities for new store openings or expansions within the designated area. o Work with the senior management team to develop and execute plans for market growth. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales within the menswear or fashion industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Familiarity with menswear fashion trends and industry dynamics. Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
