Demand assessment and recommendations on application support model.Application Support, Integration Support and Triage, Problem resolution and troubleshooting (AIM).Analysis/testing of any required changes.Support possible implementation of new AIM realm for Packaging Digital Core.Support to end users through phone, email, help desk and/or any other communication tool.Knowledge transfer to client Business Analysts and technical developers.Revise functional specifications, update technical design and configuration documentation as required while resolving incidents.Approve corrections to configurations as required while resolving incidents.Conduct testing together with the team with documentation of test results that are required for any changes, modifications, new AIM realm setup/configuration etc.Assist with migration or configuration as required to resolve incidents, Minimum Experience Required: 1-3 YEARS Mandatory Skills: Ariba Downstream-L2 Coding Standards-L1 Language Skills: English Language-L2
