    Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details here.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant/ Audit Manager at Sharad & Associates, Chartered Accountants located in Hyderabad. The Articled Assistant/ Audit Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, leading audit engagements, conducting risk assessments, reviewing internal controls of client organizations, and preparing audit reports. The Articled Assistant/ Audit Manager will also mentor and supervise articled assistants on the team.Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant with an active membership of ICAI Experience of minimum 2-3 years in managing end-to-end audits of clients across various industries Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards and procedures, and Indian GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable laws and regulations Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and communicate effectively with senior management Strong. attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with any auditing software like Caseware, TeamMate, IDEA, etc., is preferred Ability to continuously learn new concepts and adapt to shifting priorities Must be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills,
