Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPlay the role of a subject matter expert and work with the team on development of project execution process or solution framework for the various data management projects (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)Be a partner to delivery teams, sales teams and customer and drive resolution of technical challenges during set-up, execution and final deliveryPlay a key role in development of proposal preparation in terms of process definition / solution framework, estimation, schedule preparation, risk identification, assumptions, resource loading preparationCoach and mentor team members on technical aspects and groom future technical leaders in the teamProactively identify project risks (technical) and define appropriate actions to mitigate the sameConduct project technical reviews to ensure right level of qualityBe a thought leaders in this space and help the organization define new solutions / frameworks that can be taken to the marketIdentify opportunities for automation by leveraging the latest software and digital technologiesEnsure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheldRequired skillsShould have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in data management processes (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)Should possess good domain understanding with related network assets, spatial and non-spatial data of atleast any one type of utility (Electric / Gas / Water)Good understanding on ESRI ArcFM / Smallworld / GTECH / EUN technologies and data modelsDemonstrable experience to be able to assess / refine data management processesShould have travelled to customer locations and be able to conduct technical workshops / requirement gathering sessionsDemonstrable experience inDefining project execution process or solution framework for the various data management projects (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)carry out estimations in terms of schedule and effortsDevelopment of resource plansVery good oral and written communication skills.
