Job Description

Youll work as a Asst Manager Accounts, reporting into the Property Manager.In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Preparing vouchers / vouching all accounting documents. Preparation of TAX Invoices Preparation of Purchase Orders Maintenance of day to day Petty cash. Maintenance of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all 5 bank accounts Maintenance of asset records Inventory management Maintain books of accounts in a computerized environment Support in statutory compliances of the organization Support in audit requirements of the organization Preparing all Cheques and bank payments and bank reconciliations Preparation of cash flow and other reports Vendor payments & management and keep records and payment tracking Utility payments & management and keep records and payment tracking Close co-ordination with team heads related to financial matters Preparation of TDS, GST and filing of returns by co-coordinating with the CA Firm Monitor Attendance register of the employees of LHROWS and paying Salaries to them Monthly basis Maintain record of the all the details of the residents (Owners / Tenants). Preparation of management information reports (MIS) and submit timely to the Management. Managing MY GATE ADMIN Role and providing access to the residents after verifying the related documents and maintain all the records Managing APNA COMPLEX ADMIN Role and providing access to the residents after verifying the related documents and maintain all the records Managing Notice board advertisement & Paper notices in the community Posting Emergency Notices through MY GATE & APNA COMPLEX to entire community In the absence of ADMIN Preparation and issuing maintenance invoices towards occupants (CAM) Outstanding payments follow-up and clearance. Coordinating with Advocate regarding MC-Elections Managing GBM attendance and other records. Regular visit to Bank for payments and other related quarries Coordinating and Managing of Festivals Refunding back to the collected money to residents UTTSAV FUND and maintaining the records Elevator Access cards issuing and maintaining records Managing Residents Vehicles list. Preparing and Managing corpus fund statements and submitting to the trustees and MCSound like the job you re looking for Before you apply, it s also worth knowing what we are looking for:Education and experienceAny Bachelor s degree or MBA finance. You ll need between five and seven years experience in Facility (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. An eye for detail You ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great organisational skillsYou ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team s or client s changing requirements.
