We aim to attract the best and brightest people , whatever their background , to bring new perspectives to some of the most complex and inspiring projects around the world.The opportunity Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world.Our Asia Pacific hub started in 2004 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries , delivering project & programme management , facilities management and cost consultancy services.The roleAssistant Facilities ManagerTo coordinate on site services and resource requirements to ensure service is maintained to the highest standard in all circumstance.Your responsibilities will include:Responsible for excellent service delivery and achieving operational objectives.Supporting the company account manager in provision of reports and information as required the client.Managing for the day to day organisation of the on- site team and external vendors providing first line facilities support to ensure that all contract service levels are achieved and reported on periodically.Supporting , coordinating and managing the delivery of soft services , landscaping services , and cleaning services.Working closely and effectively with residents and providing high quality customer focused service.Managing the overall look and feel of the office space from a housekeeping and cleaning perspective both internally and externally.Monitoring consumption pattern of chemicals and consumables and control the expenses.Developing policies , processes and procedures.Identifying and assessing the risk and creating control measures.Handling on time incident reporting.Managing continual support and promoting team working approach .Establishing good working relationships within the company.Handling employee s queries and providing solutions.Monitoring on time closure of FM24 tickets.Handling asset management.Monthly MIS report generation.Arranging regular meetings with suppliers.Maintaining statutory documentation of service partner.Supporting business continuity plan.Participating in environmental management system.Supporting EMS representative in achieving the objectives.Participating in EMS internal and external audits.Building strong working relationship with business to support the operations.The requirementsYour experience , knowledge and skills need to include:Experience of working in a multinational company.Experience of working in hotels.Experience of working in facilities management.Experience of managing and supporting a team delivering facilities management services.Budgetary management skills.Excellent communication skills both written and oral.Proficient in writing and presenting report.Able to manage time effectively and manage conflicts.Customer centric.Diplomatic and ability to handle and control difficult situations.Able to solve problem and to take appropriate decisions.Computer literate and able to use standard word processing and spread sheet software.Recruiting skills to recruit apt candidate for the position.Analytical skills to control the expenses.Able to manage time effectively and manage conflicts.Adept technical expertise in cleaning services.Good leadership quality to build the team.QualificationsA degree qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.Mace is an equal opportunity employer.
