Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Opening forAssistant Food ProductionResponsibilities:

  • Prepares food items according to recipes and daily production tallies for area assigned and for special functions.
  • Maintains proper amount of prepared food item on service lines, delivering all items in a timely manner, paying attention to food quality, temperature and appearance.
  • Works assigned position on production line, as assigned.
  • Performs all preparation work for next meal and next day as per production tallies/menu cycle.
  • Attends daily production meetings to determine amount/type of food and supplies needed for daily menus and special functions.
  • Maintains work area and equipment in accordance with safety and sanitations standards.
  • Works as a team member, in cooperation with other staff members, toward the ultimate goal of excellent resident care.
  • Adheres to the Corporations administrative and departmental policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, health and confidentiality.
  • Monitor food cooking machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, fryers and cookers
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 to 4 Years
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
  • Location: Kandi, Hyderabad
