Job Description

    Responsible to set up a Wood Door plant and then take care of day to day plant Operations, Establish Plant policies and procedures, Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain community relations and foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
    • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and Procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and safe plant.
    • Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for plant production goals.
    • Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
    • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
    • Confer with department head to ensure coordination of quality, purchasing, production and shipping.
    • Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
    • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
    • Conduct employee performance reviews.
    • Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
    • Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
    • Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Experience:
    • Experience: 8-10 years of Wood Manufacturing experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
    • Very good communication skills and advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
    • Experience in Engineering will be an advantage
    • Working knowledge of Wood Working, ability to hire carpenters and wood working specialists on short notice as well as have industry knowledge and relationships with Wood Machinery manufacturers
    • MS Office (particularly Excel and word)
    • Great interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills
    • Age above 45 years.
