The role of the team would be to provide: - 2nd level support for Dispute Management post Collateral Operations population validation i.e. QMO team would get involved to review any disputes around Correlation issues resulting in fallback calculation, risk factor mapping issues, missing risk sensitivities, risk discrepancies, low exceptions in the risk engine, etc. - Escalate to Counterparty Portfolio Management (CPM) where required providing necessary explains on the discrepancies found. - Assess internal results for errors and provide assessment of counterparty calculators for reasonableness, where any errors from the model that calculates the IA values is reviewed by the middle office for technology teams can make the required corrections. - Apart from this the MO team will be involved in MO projects that are geared towards process and infrastructure enhancements. The team will work extensively with the CPM Front Office and support with gathering requirements, performing analytics to help come up with solutions and work with the tech teams to provide requirements to build these solutions. At the end of the project, the team will also be involved in performing checks to ensure that the infrastructure has been set up as per the requirements.
