Area SalesManager Vishakhapatnam, will Head sourcing from the assigned regions reporting tothe Module Sales Manager Vishakhapatnam.
KRA will be generating credit cardbusiness through our Channel partners through liasoning with SBIPartner banks DGM/AGM/Branch Managers Branch Employees.
Developrelationship with Channel Partners to get more buy in at branches to supportcard cross selling. Responsible for driving credit card business through SBIand Associate branches across Rajahmundry Module Regions.
EssentialResponsibilities
Delivering onvolumes ( Accounts ), COA, defined profitability metrics and insurancepenetration.
Develop manpower for sustainable sourcing at location.
Track Locationperformance as per targets and ensure achievement of OP Quality parameters.
EnsuringLocation Audit Parameters are adhered to in line with existing policies.
Follow upcustomer complaints to respective cross functional departments.
TrackApplication from End to end from dispatch till decisioning.
TrackHeadcount and hire FOS as per location business requirement.
Keeping acheck on all policy changes, marketing offers. Keeping communication flow ofchanges to team and cross
sellingchannel partners.
Location willbe a profit center having predefined cost of acquisition targets. Cost to betracked and maintained within
budget.
Weeklytrainings refreshers to be conducted for FOS.
Maintainregular visits to branches and ensure visibility of SBI Cards as a crossselling partner.
Involve crossfunctional teams wherever required for implementation of new ideas andsuggestions which can
improve uponsourcing and location profitability.
Ensureapplications are sourced in line with implemented policies and procedures toprevent minimal rework and
maximumapproval rates.
Location sourcingmix to be altered as per organizational requirement.
Premium andHigh CV Accounts to be driving force to boost profitable sourcing.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Graduate with4-5 years of experience in direct Channel sales/FMCG sales
-Goodcommunication skills
-High degreeof influencing/relationship management skills
-Local Marketawareness and language proficiency required
-Team HandlingExperience Hiring Skills
