Assistant Manager Business Data QA analyst

Job Description

Bring strong functional knowledge required to perform Business Testing for State Street Global Exchange Data Solutions team.Provide Aggregated Metrics for Testing Services within GX Data Solutions services and product offerings.Ensure accurate and timely test results / cases.Maintain strong internal / external relations.Help drive team forward and promote team working.Project work, including on-boarding new clients, new systems and liaising with multiple stakeholdersProduce accurate and timely Test Results/cases, from in house and 3rd party systems, for DGX Client Onboarding on various instances.Work closely with business/implementation groups to understand the business requirements and design test plans/ test strategy ad test data.Work as a member of a global team provide status, communicate issues, share ideas, and follow process for Testing as per protocols.Engage in the Change Management Process for the Testing and Onboarding team. Ensuring all changes logged from the client and affecting the team are actioned accordingly. Correspond with the Change team to highlight any missing information requirements and communicate issues we may have. Delegation of Change Requests to respective members of GX Data Solutions Testing and Onboarding team, and ensuring responses are given to the Change Team within the agreed SLA timelines.Provide daily support to the functional and support teams. Ensuring all client timetabled deadlines are met and all ad-hoc queries are completed in a timely manner. Regularly review procedures and implement changes to improve the reporting and communication process.
