Job Description

    Work from office in Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072Core ResponsibilityHands-on approach and good in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Powerpoint and WordHandling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Shortlisting, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume DatabasePreparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basisOrganize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (including in case of venue booking, arranging refreshments, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, etcGrievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where requiredAssisting the organization to achieve its set targets within the stipulated time limitAdminister and ensure timely completion of the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees on a yearly basisSupport in Policy & Process formulation & implementation manuals and implementing themResponsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, working out compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlementsAssist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Communicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsResponsible for executing Employee Engagement initiatives as per the plan and within time lines to become a Great Place to workConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesAble to remain positive and constructive under pressureAssist our recruiters to source candidates and update our databaseProven experience as an HR Assistant,Staff Assistantor relevant human resources/administrative positionPost Graduate Degree in Human Resource. It will help to have a background in Psychology and business strategyHands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMSAbility to use own initiative and make decisions within the sphere of work and knowledgeFamiliarity with ATS software and resume databasesBasic knowledge of labor lawsFlexible to travel around to different locations on an occasional basisAbility to deal with a wide range of public and private qualities/attributesExcellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsDegree in Human Resources or related field
