Job Description

  • Ensure faster in time recovery of all pay & recovery cases with minimum expenses to optimize claims cost saving/recovery revenues.
  • The recovery process in coordination with external collection agency.
  • Appointment of new collection agencies for recovery.
  • Coordination with external advocates for filing the Execution petition.
  • Field visit for the high values cases for Recovery and coordinate with advocates.
  • Recovery of award amount on the pay & recovery cases.
  • Working in close coordination with Legal/Claims team.
  • Meeting with law enforcement agencies like Police, Law, other Govt. agencies in order to take the case into logical conclusion.
  • Attending courts for the execution and retention process.
