Job Description

  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System(QMS) and ensure compliance.
  • Undertake internal & external and process audits of the Quality Management System(QMS)
  • Handle independently Process & Product audits (Layered Process Audits).
  • Having good exposure in PPAP, PFD, PSW, APQP and all initial sample developmentwork.
  • Strong experience in conducting Gap Analysis and preparing the metrics to align with the department Goals and Objectives.
  • Preparing & analysing non-compliance reports related to daily non conformities on line.
  • Review the department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
  • Familiar with Third party inspection activities, Prepare Final inspection reports which are complete, comprehensive and presented to third party inspection agencies andcustomers.
  • Devising & implementing company quality assurance program in compliance with company requirement
  • Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis as per 8D format, and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
  • To have a close interaction with production and to ensure the quick feedback to production in case of quality deviation
  • Preventive maintenance and Periodic calibration of all measuring and test equipments
  • Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
  • Train others in all aspects of the quality system and applic
