Job Description

Assistant Manager, ServiceNow

  • Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required in ITOM, ITSM & ITBM. With specific areas including .
    • Discovery
    • CSDM
    • CMDB
    • HRSD
    • Facilities service management
    • Security Ops
    • Performance Analytics
    • Customer portal development including UI/UX
  • Collaborates with other teammates in the agile team in support of platform development, maintenance, and upgradability.
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value.
  • Configures and develops on the instance as per user stories assigned.
  • Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases including custom apps.
  • Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other t hird-party applications.
  • Plans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders during development and completion of user stories.
  • Prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts.
  • Participates in Continual Service Improvement activities by creating spike to investigate on new features that could be introduced in the environment and as required by customer demands.
  • Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer with every new release of ServiceNow currently on Paris release and exploring features available in Quebec.

  • Bachelors Degree required
