Job Description

    Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing channel marketing programs to drive sales growth and revenue enhancement. This includes collaborating with the PAN India marketing team and regional sales team to execute brand campaigns and promotional activities like events and exhibitions. Additionally, you will oversee product launch events, dealer meets, and trade promotion plans, managing various aspects such as budgeting, guest list management, and venue finalization within set timelines. Your role will also involve conceptualizing and implementing brand building activities for preferred brand stores and retail visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Procure and develop marketing collaterals such as banners, danglers, leaflets, and other merchandizing materials for specific zones, ensuring timely dispatch. - Manage store branding activities like shutter painting and sample display. - Keep customers informed about current products and enhancements. - Address marketing-related issues and conflicts promptly. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing plans supporting product positioning and branding initiatives. - Provide management with insights on potential competitive threats and suggest corrective actions. - Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated marketing budget.Qualification Required: - Fair knowledge of competitor activities in the respective region. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. - Strong communication skills with a positive attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
